Can I add to, or cancel my order?

Orders are transmitted from the website directly to our despatch department and your order may have already been processed. Please email sales@daytimer.com.au or call 1300 360 587 quoting the order number from your confirmation email.


How many months will my Day-Timer hold?

Our standard ring size is 25mm. Some come with bigger 38mm rings to enable you to carry more pages at one time. Select the capacity that works for you! The handy chart below will help you compare ring sizes and capacities:

Delivery


Can my order be sent to an address outside Australia?

Yes, deliveries to Asia and the Pacific Islands usually take around 10-14 days. Parcels are dispatched using Express Couriers. The cost of delivery is based on the delivery address and the weight of your parcel. The freight charge will be calculated at checkout.


What is your delivery charge within Australia?

Our standard delivery charge within Australia is $11.95 per order.
You will only be charged freight once per order, regardless of how many items you order or how many parcels we despatch.


When will my order be delivered?

Your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. Where delays are likely, we will keep you informed (please provide us with a daytime telephone number and email address).


How will my order be delivered?

All parcels will be delivered by E-Parcel.


Can my order be sent to a different delivery address?

Yes, if it is more convenient we can deliver to a different address e.g. your work. We can also deliver to your family or friends.


Can I send orders to more than one address?

Yes, but you must place each order separately.


What happens if my parcel is held by customs?

Customers are responsible for customs import duties. It is unusual for our parcels to be held but if this does happen, you may have to pay local import duties.

Why is the catalogue price different to the web price?

Prices can differ for web exclusive offers. Regular web customers are emailed details of the latest promotions and sales. Catalogue prices are correct at the time of going to press but we reserve the right to change them.

Returns


What is your returns policy and guarantee?

100% Guarantee. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If any product you order from Day-Timer fails to meet your expectations (and you are the sole judge), you may return it immediately, for a prompt refund, exchange or credit.


How can I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you can return it immediately in good condition for a prompt refund, exchange or credit. Handling and carriage fees not refundable. Please include a copy of your invoice and return goods to Day-Timer, Returns Department, P.O. Box 570, Hornsby NSW 1630. Please retain your return postal receipt.


How long will it take to receive a refund?

Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt at our warehouse but please allow 14 days for clearance to your card account.
